{"id":1504,"date":"2024-04-26T12:13:15","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T10:13:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sabor-espana.desarrollando-web.es\/how-to-make-nougat-cake-without-oven-easy-and-quick\/"},"modified":"2024-05-09T09:22:16","modified_gmt":"2024-05-09T07:22:16","slug":"how-to-make-nougat-cake-without-oven-easy-and-quick","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sabor-espana.com\/en\/how-to-make-nougat-cake-without-oven-easy-and-quick\/","title":{"rendered":"HOW TO MAKE NOUGAT CAKE (WITHOUT OVEN) EASY AND QUICK"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 ml milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g of soft almond nougat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 ml whipping cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 sheets of neutral gelatin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>150 g of sugared almonds<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g Maria cookies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>RECIPE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>1. We will start at the base. To do this, we are going to melt the butter in a saucepan and then crush the cookies. If you prefer, you can put the cookies in a bag and crush them manually by passing a rolling pin over them. This way, the cookies will not be powdery, but rather small pieces of cookie will remain.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Next, we will mix the cookies with the butter and a tablespoon of milk. We will stir the mixture until we obtain a homogeneous mass that we will spread over the base of the removable mold.<\/p>\n\n<p>3. Once the base is finished, we will get to work on the body of the cake. First, we will immerse the gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water to hydrate them.<\/p>\n\n<p>4. We set the bowl with the gelatin aside and chop the nougat. <strong>Nex<\/strong>t, we will put all the milk in a small saucepan and add the chopped nougat, stirring over low heat until the nougat has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sabor-espana.com\/es\/13-turrones\">dissolved<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>5. Once the nougat is completely melted, we will add the cream and mix very well.<\/p>\n\n<p>6. Next, we remove the gelatin leaves from the water and drain them well to add them to the mixture in the saucepan.<\/p>\n\n<p>7. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the gelatin sheets, stirring until a uniform mixture is obtained.<\/p>\n\n<p>8. To finish, we pour our creamy mixture into the mold, on the cookie base, and let it cool a little. Once it cools, we will transfer it to the refrigerator and let it cool overnight.<\/p>\n\n<p>And now, the best moment has arrived, the time to serve our delicious nougat cake.
